Welcome to Looksy AI. By accessing or using our website (looksyai.in) and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Looksy AI provides an AI-powered clothes swap and virtual try-on service. Users can upload photos and see themselves wearing different outfits using artificial intelligence technology. The service is currently available through our website; our mobile applications are coming soon.
To use certain features, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Looksy is a fashion and outfit visualisation service. It is intended for changing, swapping, and restyling clothing in photos. You agree NOT to use Looksy to:
We operate automated and manual safeguards to enforce these rules. Prompts and uploads that appear to breach them may be refused without a credit refund. Accounts found to be breaching this section — in particular the rules on minors, consent, and sexually explicit output — may be suspended or terminated immediately and without notice, and we will report unlawful material to the relevant authorities. To report misuse or request removal of an image of yourself, email support@looksyai.in.
a. Inappropriate Content
The Service and everything it produces are meant for your own personal use. You agree not to misuse the Service, and not to assist or encourage anyone else in misusing it. Content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise offensive — or that contains nudity — has no place on the Service. Prohibited material includes, without limitation: deepfakes created to deceive, defame, or harm someone; intimate or suggestive imagery of a person made without their consent; anything that depicts, sexualises, or endangers a minor; and material that infringes another party's intellectual property rights.
b. Account Suspension
If you breach these Terms — including by engaging in any of the prohibited activities above or in Section 4 — we may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice. No refund will be issued for any unused credits on a terminated account.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Looksy a temporary, limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating outfit swap results. That license lasts only for the retention period described in our Privacy Policy — uploads and generated results are automatically deleted after 7 days. We do not claim ownership of your photos or generated results.
The Looksy brand, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Looksy AI and are protected by applicable laws.
AI-generated results are provided "as is." While we strive for realistic and accurate results, we do not guarantee that generated images will be perfect or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use the generated content.
Your use of Looksy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Looksy AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We strive to maintain consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through our website or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
